2018 Carmenère
Tasting notes
Aromas of lemon bars, candied pears, and peach blossom. Cool fermentation in stainless steel retained the vibrant fresh-from-the-vineyard character. A slow and complete malolactic fermentation gave this dry wine a viscous mouthfeel without the residual sugar. A sprinkle of acidity on the finish makes for a delightful experience.
